REVOLUTION NATIONALS Results July 2012
Five numbers from BASD made it to the Battle at the Beach for Nationals...... Terrible Things, Hang On, It's a Bot World, Firework, and Accentuate the Positive.

Congratulations to Blair Ely for placing 9th overall in a very competitive Senior Level with her solo Music Box!  Also, congrats to Blair for placing 3rd overall in the MISS title out of 45 participants!!!!!!!  She was amazing!!!!!!!

Congrats to the Senior Duo and Trio of Let Me Think About It and Shelter for tying for 9th overall in the 15-19 Senior Duet/Trio Blue Division!  (Emily Lake, Natalie Schneider, and Blair Ely)

Congratulations to Caroline Capello for placing 1st overall, Reilly Young for placing 2nd overall, and to Daryn Grace Polzin for placing 4th overall, Katelin Jeffries for placing 5th overall in the 9-11 White Solo Division!    We are so proud of these girls!

Congrats to Alina Snowden for her 1st place overall, Abby Heeter for her 4th place overall, and Hannah Warren for her 6th place overall in the 12-14 White Solo Division.   Congratulations to Presley Farmer and Tiffany Chaloub for placing 3rd and 4th overall in the white solo division for seniors.  Great job girls!

Congratulations to Nutbush City Duo (Daryn Grace Polzin and Reilly Young) for their 3rd place overall in the 9-11 White Duet division!!!!!!    Way to go!

Megan, Mattie, Emily, Blair, and Natalie represented BASD in the opening number that was choreographed by Toyko and Mollie Gray.   Wow, they looked great up their dancing, too!  Clemmy Ann is so proud of them!

Congratulations!!!!!

Congratulations to Blair Ely for placing in the top 10 at Dance Masters of America in the Miss Pageant in California!  We are very proud of you, Blair!    You are an amazing dancer!  Blair will also be participating in the Rockettes Summer Institute in New York in July.  

Good Luck to our Seniors this year as they go off to college..... Megan, Blair, Hannah, and Haley!  We will miss you girls very much!

Congratulations to Mackenzie Blauvelt for being chosen to participate in a phenomenal tap program (Tap Kids) in Chicago! 

Congratulations to Natalie Schneider for winning Miss Encore Dance 2012 at their Nationals in Mason, Ohio!  She was chosen out of the top 10 soloists at the competition during the Dance Off Finals with her solo "Birdsong."  Birdsong also won the Choreography Award and the Choreographer is Kate Hadfield.

Congratulations to "C" Company for being chosen by Talent on Parade to perform in their professional show in Branson, MO.  The Company (and 2 guest dancers - Clair and Mattie) will be performing their award winning number "Terrible Things" during three performances.  Also, Natalie and Emily are using their GO PRO scholarships they earned and will be spending the entire week in Branson learning routines for the show and learning about the professional life as a dancer.   What an accomplishment for all these girls!

Dance Masters of the Bluegrass Pageant 2012

Miss Dance of the Bluegrass 2011, Natalie Schneider, had the privilege of crowning Blair Ely, Miss Dance of the Bluegrass 2012!  Blair will represent the Kentucky Chapter in California in July!  Good Luck, Blair!

Summer 2011 Happenings:
 

Emily Lake and Natalie Schneider participated in the Dance Masters of America title Pageant.  Both girls participated in classes and their age level pageant.

Blair Ely attended GSA and SHIP in Buffalo, New York.

Mackenzie Blauvelt and Callie gray attended South Eastern Tap Explosion in Atlanta.

Hannah Massey, Ana Caballero, and Blair Ely attended the Pulse in Nashville.

Karsyn Rohach, Megan Doll, Blair Ely, Hannah Massey, Haley Wright, and Natalie Schneider particpated in the convention classes at VIP Nationals in Sandusky.
