Tuition Information
Most classes meet once a week, on a semester basis of 16 lessons 1st semester, 18 lessons 2nd semester. An annual $15 non-refundable registration fee per student is required.

Option 1 - Pay semester in full with 5% discount
Option 2 - All others will make a monthly payment by the 18th of each month with
balance due for each semester in December 18 and May 18.
Late Fee for Monthly Payments not made by the 18th of each month will be $30.00
per month added automatically to your bill.

NOTE***
Some months you will have competition fees, recital fees, costumes, and monthly
payments due at the same time. Monthly payment must be current in order to
participate in competition.
There is a $30 service charge on all returned checks. Any unpaid balances, at the end of the semester, may result in held costumes/pictures/videos which may affect class participation, competition or show participation. All accounts 30 days in arrears are subject to collection.

Students must be in good standing financially to take privates. In addition to the private duo and trio instruction, the student must be involved in the Accelerated Technique Program and participate in a competition group. (pageant instruction excluded).
Checks should be made payable to Barbara Ann's School of Dance and mailed or delivered to 898 East High Street, Lexington, KY 40502. To help properly record your payment, please include student's name with all payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
Refunds can be given for full months missed, but not partial months. The office must receive cancellation notice in writing, prior to any billing adjustment.
Family Discounts - Multiiple Sibling discounts have already been reflected in the pink box. See office for explanation.
3-Lesson Trial
We offer a 3-lesson trial to all students for $50.00. It's a wonderful way to try a new class or for new students to preview our classes and Studio. If, after the 3 consecutive lessons, he or she wishes to continue, the trial fee will be applied to full tuition. If the student wishes to drop the class, they are under no further obligation.
